How do I book a counselling appointment?

How much does each session cost?

I offer a free initial 20-minute consultation for any potential new clients who want to connect and determine if we will be a good fit. From there, each 50 minute individual counselling session is $150, couples are $180.

What can I expect from my first counselling session?

​

Making the decision to come to counselling is a wonderful first step. In our first session together I will explain how counselling and my specific approach will work. We will discuss what your specific goals and expectations are, and I will gather some information about your life. From there we will work on skills so that you can move closer towards your goals.

I have extended health benefits. Do you offer direct billing?

Please reach out to your insurance provider to determine if counselling services are covered. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor. I offer direct billing for Pacific Blue Cross and Telus Extended health benefits only. If you have a different insurance provider I will send you an invoice for you to submit.

What is your cancellation policy?

​

If you need to cancel an appointment, please give me at least 48 hours notice, 24 hours at the very minimum. Appointments cancelled after 24 hours will be charged for 100% of the session cost.
